At our company, we manufacture our own jigs and create processing plans based on our own ideas of how to process. Generally, jig making is done by skilled workers, and younger workers use the jigs for processing, but at our company, each individual worker thinks for themselves and consults with skilled workers to come up with processing plans and share their know-how.
